Pathetic Non-delivery of Basic Services

For TWO weeks I have been trying to get hold of a call centre operator to tell them the water has either been off or there is no water pressure. Apparently half the nation is trying to phone the call centre because the lines are permanently busy, leading me to believe that they have purposely taken the phones off of the hook to not deal with complaints. HELLO!!! The call centre is there for a reason and I am appalled that I haven't been able to lay my complaint.
It is a BASIC HUMAN RIGHT to have running water and I have not had permanent running water in my complex, in bedfordview since the 24th of October. Quite frankly this is unacceptable and I am sure that everyone in bedfordview without water is just as agitated as I am. We pay tax for these sorts of problems to be sorted out immediately but clearly our taxes are being wasted on things other than service delivery.
