I have given the Vodacom shop at Meyersdal so much business. I went to order 2 micro sims yesterday on contract and was told again the systems were down. After signing the contracts and Sharon promising to call me, which she did not, I returned today to collect the cards.
I run my own business and time out is money lost. I go back to the shop where she is on sick leave and no one knows what I am talking about. Where is the paperwork I signed the day before??? The male who dealt with me was so rude, looking past me while I was explaining what happened. He then whilst singing a song spoke to me like a two year old.
That shop is a joke, hire some adults and not kids who have nothing better to do than play games and not take clients seriously.
Vodacom unfortunately I have contract to honor with you but I can tell you as soon as they lapse you will never see business from me again!!!
