I HAVE REPORTED MY DEAD TELEPHONE AND ADSL LINE SINCE STAURDAY THE 16TH OF MARCH. i HAVE ONLY RECIEVED A SMS STATING THAT TELKOM WILL ATTEND. IN FACT THATS ALL THAT HAPPENED WITH REGARDS TO THIS MATTER. tHE LINE HAS BEEN ON AND OFF FOR WEEKS NOW AND THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM EVER SINCE I HAD THE LINE. THE SYSTEM REFUSES YOU TO REPORT THE MATTER MORE THEN ONCE AND NO ONE ELSE SEEMS TO BOTHER EITHER

TELKOM - PLEASE PULL YOUR SOCKS!!! YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!! yOU WANT YOUR LINE RENTAL AT THE END OF THE MONTH BUT YOU HAVE RENDERED ME NOTHING BUT ENDLESS FRUSTRATION. YOUR REF IS 343CTK160313. PLEASE CATCH A WAKE UP!!!
