Thanks Web Africa, I have already lost 2 clients. No make that 3, just 30mins ago.
I had to upgrade my hosting to a bigger hosting package on a brand new SERVER HAHAHA nothing works no emails that has been created no FTP logins, I have send over 20 support tickets and phoned numerous times and waited and waited, I have been to and ignored, I have over 80 webs on my hosting panel, don't worry they treat me as Non matter as well, except of course when they send bills, then they know who I am! I am going straight to the consumer protection. I have had enough!
And Now they have the audacity to change the passwords on e-mail accounts without informing you or your client!!!
