Impecable Client Service

My line was suspended due to circumstances beyond the norm in July 2012. Since then I have been battling for months to get my line reactivated! It was finally reactivated in December but with even more problems then before. Mohamed came to my rescue and sorted out the matter in no time and kept me updated at all times. All the outstanding CDI's on my account and wrongly debited amounts was credited back to my account which resulted in the account been brought to a zero balance. On top of that great relief, Mohamed made sure that the funds that was not supposed to be paid by me, was credited to my account which now left it in a positive balance!! This is how a customer's complaint should be treated and not just passed on and then dumped in the trash later!!! Thank you Mohamed, your friendly, fast and effective service is greatly appreciated and should become the norm of any client service centre!!!
