After my line was cut off, I called the call centre on 808 and waited 20min without answer. On once but TWICE. Your call centre is USELESS. Do us all a favour and rather just get rid of it. I called Mohamed at the Kloof branch who was fantastic. He got ahold of someone, sorted out the problem and called me back within minutes. MTN could do with a lot more staff like him. After I receive a response on this report, I'm going to call him back to see if anyone actually told him about it. If not then the people who deal with the HelloPeter reports are just as bad as the call centre.
