I ordered a phone through upgrade more than 2 weeks ago. after a big up by both Cell C and RAM i am still waiting for my package and its going on 3 weeks now. ram is currently in position of my package and wont deliver before they have done an internal investigation of what caused the original problem...
i am getting no feedback from cell c at all. really this is terrible service.
why is it so hard to get back to me on this matter and how long do i still have to wait for my package?
