Got a contract - 6 years ago for my then wife on my name. Got devoreced in aug 2011. I tried several times to transfer this acc to her name but she did not comit from her side. Now she is bankropt and i'm stuck with a arears amound of R3900! The acc was manage and paid by her for 4 years and no one of vodacom contacted me for upgrades or any problems on the acc. Now that she has " dissapeard" they hold me responseble for all the cost including debit order cost and legal cost. I've contacted vodacom to block this number to try and stop exstra cost on this acc. No one at vodacom is willing to help me and i cannot reach the legal dept. The only thing thy are interested in is there money that they want to claim from me and i was not the user of this contract. I realy need help with this issue!
