I am writing this with tears in my eyes, Every single time I phone the cell c call centre for assistance I get the same strange response from every agent I speak to: This line belongs to someone else. Now here is the story,
Ive had my number for over 5 years, it was on a contract and then in July I decided to cancel my contract (due to bad service) I kept the number on prepaid, now the issues comes when I have to load my BIS every month, I get told that the line does not belong to me, I fail to understand this, how is it posible to make the same mistake every month... I can assure you that this is my number and that it does not belong to anyone else but me.
