Ordered the pebble blue S3 -> Specifically repeated it to the MTN sales rep -> They sent white s3 -> I phoned them -> They said what does it matter -> I am the client. I had to drive to Sandton to take it back. I had to go out of my way to return it. They "cancelled" the contract and took the phone back. A few months after, they phoned and THREATENED to blacklist me and told me to pay for the phone (R6000). I received unprofessional service and this while I was working. They told me that I had to investigate after I explained what happened. I have not even received a civilised apology from them AT ALL. Once again, I had to go to Sandton (Paid for the gautrain) and go out of my way to fix MTN's problems.
