Customer Service - Something they know nothing of!

I purchased and signed my contract for an HP laptop which came with free Beat Headphones on Friday the 8th March from the MTN store in Walker Drive. When I got home, I found out that the headphones were faulty. On Thursday the 14th March I returned to the Walker Drive store with the full package, as it was still in my 7-day replacement conditions in my contract. When I got there they were unsure whether I had to return the headphones or the whole package. They phoned around and could not get confirmation as no one knew about the replacement procedure. They refused to accept my package as they were unsure if they needed it and they did not want to take responsibility for it. They told me to come back later when they had found out the correct procedure and that it had to be done before 5pm or else I would forfeit the 7-day replacement policy. While returning to work after spending my entire lunch break at the store, I received a call telling me to return the full package to the store and that he needed the package "now". I had to call my Mom to fetch the package from me at work, and return it to the store. This whole experience has been a total joke. "Definitely not AYOBA"
