Your service for the past few months has been beyond pathetic. The connections speeds have steadily dropped over the last 12 months and it seems 8ta is happy to just let this happen while taking my money every month. The in your call centre seem to be oblivious to what is currently happening even though the internet is littered with complaints about connectivity issues with 8ta for the best part of 3 weeks. The network is unstable with little or no access most of the time. What's the use of paying for bandwidth you cannot use. I expect someone senior to call me back not one of your from the helpdesk as they are useless or I will make my way down to the 8ta store where i signed up for this contract which I might add included a laptop as well as a mobile phone on separate contracts. I will up each and everyone of your employees in that store if I do not receive a response.
