Such poor quality voice and data network its pathetic. i run a business and its taking its toll. i have countless dropped call and sometimes when my clients try to call me it says my no. does not exist. Initially when i got the contracts i was told the network will be perfect because if theres no 8ta network it will roam to MTN well there is nothing here. zero...
i called the call centre a sub contracted technician by the name Thabo came out he check around and said ' you have very bad network here"... I KNOW THAT... thats why i called.
he said he adjusted something and it will get better in the next few days, well guess what nothing still the useless same... Just me again
and im tired of this... how does one pay for something they not getting or cant use.
