I called cell c on several occassions to have a Query resolved that involved them not being able to supply me with bis for a period as it was deactivated and they had no idea how to fix it... This was an error on their side and they did not feel the need to reimburse me for a service I had paid for in advance... Besides this I am yet to receive the three call backs from three different managers I have had to speak to... Over all... The worst customer experience I have ever had with any company in my life!!! I hate them... Never recommend them to anyone... They are the worst service provider in this country... This is what you call cheap service.. or well the lack thereof!!!
