Dont try calling the Cell Helpdesk - this has been the worst experience ever in my life
Zanele Gulu a team leader at the retentions and cancellations helpdesk has proved to be unable to deal with any client in a professional, caring empathetic manner. She lacks customer service skills and this had been a terrible interaction with Cell C. The Call Centre sounds like a play ground with people in the back screaming and laughing, calls not been warmly transferred and a terrible client service attitude. I would never be able to recommend a friend or client to the CELL C desk on 084 140. This has left a completely sore taste in my mouth with still an unresolved issue.
