When you enter a shop at 17:30, and they help you with this attitude, you get the feeling that you are disturbing them because they close at 18:00. Previously the same shop cut my sim card for me to fit in a new phone, free of charge and they even helped me to do the settings on the new phone. When I visited the same store with the same request, to cut my son's sim card, they say it's R75.When you ask to see the manager, she said she is the manager, well, I'm sorry, a manager with this attitude!! You could see from the moment you entered the store, that she did not realy want to help you. I do not mind to pay for services, but not even a month ago, I got the same service for free and R75 just to put the sim card in a machine and press a button?
