Tell me I get 10gigs then only 5. Over charged!

Fed up with Neotel!!!
I started off with the neoflex thing for my laptop, then I canceled it for the wifi 5gig for R499 coz I needed more. The salesman tels me it's only R499 and no more! So it wasn't! This was still okay and because I wasn't getting any invoices for a year out of them, I didn't know that my neoflex was never canceled. I asked them too but nothing. This was still okay!!! So got it canceled and was happy for a bit. Somehow the bills were getting too big and I decided to cancel the 5gig wifi. What a mission to cancel it. They don't send me the email address where I have to cancel it, and the person on the phone didn't give me the full email address. Still calm... Got it canceled but unknowing that I will be charged for the next 2months. Still fine! Then the cunning retention sales lady phones me 2weeks after I canceled and was looking for a new ISP... She tels me I will get 10gigs for R199 or R299 month to month. So it's a good deal, no extra rooter needed, I had one. Get the email notification and said I am being charged for over 5gigs used! I am supposed to have 10!!! Stop picking on the individuals
