So after being warned that we were going to be cut for misuse - using our uncapped ADSL line to much (?) - against my better knowledge we scheduled our router to be off during business hours, so it's not really ADSL anymore, it's dail-up. Got 3rd and final warning yesterday and notice of line termination from MWEB. We're still abusing the line. This whole thing started because MWEB can't manage their network and throttle user lines accordingly. Now I've throttled my own line and I'm still being accused of abusing the network?
I'm switching ISP's today. I urge everyone to stay away from MWEB, their adds are misleading and their policy written in a contradicting way, beneficial to them in any situation.
