On Friday, 18 January 2013 I sent an e-mail to MTN to change our postal address. On the same day I received a response from MTN asking us to fill out forms and fax it to MTN, also done on the same day. This week I came back to Pretoria and received statements from MTN on my previous address. I am already living in Cape Town and I am not happy with the service received from MTN at all. Why is our postal address not updated? It's been two months already.
