In January I took my phone for repairs at Nashua Mobile Wonderpark and when I went to collect it, I was told my phone is missing and the person who was fixing it has resigned. I need to know why should they want me to hold the person who has resigned responsible, if Nashua Mobile is such a big company. I am very unhappy with the customer service.
Please help me resolve this matter, it is over 5months now.
