POOR AND SHOCKING SERVICE

I ordered my new "upgrade phone" from your branch at the Icon Centre in Cape Town. I was told it will be ready on Thursday, 23 January 2013. The salesman still said, let's give it some extra time for delivery. I phoned 3 times yesterday, and the new sales lady said they have a problem with deliveries and will phone me as soon as it arrives. I phoned again yesterday afternoon, no sorry, but I will phone you when we receive your phone. Today, Friday, 24 January 2014, I phoned 3 times to find out if my phone is there and every time she will phone me back. Not once did any of your staff phone me. My last phone call to Nashua Mobile was at 15:54 and the sales lady said YES my phone is there. Me thrilled, said I am on my way now to collect it. Get there AND THE SHOP IS CLOSED?!?!?!?!?!? It was 16:04?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?!?!?!?! MOST DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE. Your trainee does not have the savvy to be in the retail environment. Retail's life line is SERVICE! My last words to my colleagues before I left the office to fetch my phone were: "I don't know why I stick with Nashua Mobile because their services! " NASHUA MOBILE ICON CENTRE YOUR SERVICE
