I took out a new contract and received my device last week. i cannot get hold of cell c direct you hold on for hours and then gets put through ans wait longer. i wasn't told that i have an option between a 500MB or 2GB and now i cannot get through or any response on various e-mails and sms sent to call centre. Very bad service
