I called the call centre on Wednesday the 13/03/2013 and reported that i have no signal thus my BBM, watsapp, internet and email are not working. I spoke to two different consultants and all gave me options on how to configure my settings manually. I did this and it worked for a few minutes and again lost of signal. I called again and as per the consultant who attended to me he said there is a problem on their side. I was given a reference no and advised that someone would get back to me within 48hours. No one did.
I called yesterday the 14/03/2013 and spoke to Bernard; as per Bernard he said that I would be receiving a call from his supervisor before sunset which would be at 18h00. To date no one has called not even Barnard to explain why!!!
I would really appreciate it if someone called from Vodacom to explain what is the delay???
Also I must be compensated for the days that i have no signal.
Vodacom please this is the second time you have left me with resentment for your company; please buck up!!!
