No data signal since 11 December in Ferndale

On 11 Dec 2012 i realised that the data signal on my phone was done. Having a blackberry i thought it was just a cellphone problem. the next day I called and they said it was my phone and had to reapply for some setting on my phone and as soon as I get signal it will be fine. I drive literally a minute down the road from my house and all my msgs and emails start coming through. then called on the 14th and reported the signal in the area to be donw. I was then contacted by a lady by the name of Desiree who said the signal is down and they sorting it - that was fine! I kept calling back to find out whats going on and no one could give me proper info until I called on the 26th Dec when the lady on the other side of the phone had no clue what I was on about and that no reports were made-yet everyone else could find it-I then lost it with the call centre and threatened to cancel my contract! The next day someone called to explain they working on it. It was the festive season and had I not been home so much I wouldnt have minded but i do and I paid for my data on the 1st Dec to have 10days full use and now I have paid again on the the 1Jan for my data which I still have not had full use!!
