No communication between theShop, Call Centre & HQ

I got married in Nov 2011, soon after that I went in to the shop at Eastgate & Greenstone Shopping centre to change my address and names on the contract, when I phoned and asked for a statement today it still had my old address on it and old name. How long does it take to get the details to the call centre? The call centre won't even try and make an effort to find out how to fix this or get the details from the shop...

I also have a problem with my upgrade date - the call centre says I can upgrade beginning July and the shop very rudely told me no sooner than August. They also added oh by the way you cannot stay on your current contract, it will be ended. I am sure that I should also get some notice about my contract coming to an end just like I have to give a month's notice when I would like to end my contract...

I have been a customer of cell c for 9 years with the same contract, I am sure that I deserve a little bit of notice and friendliness in the shops - which I never get!!! I understand if people are having a bad day, but if you are in the service industry you cannot take it out on the customer

I wish Cell c would teach and keep their staff up to date more
