I went to MR PRICE SPORT to open an account. I filled in my form & left it at the store, I was later in the week sent an sms saying I was approved & I needed to visit THE SAME store where I applied to collect my card, I should just bring my ID book and they gave a ref number. So I did just that. I went to Mr price Sport/Highveld Mall (stood in a que) and was told that I should go to Mr Price Home/Highveld Mall as they did not have any cards. So I went to Mr Price Home (no que) Prudence told me I have to go back to Mr Price sport as she needed the form I filled in. So I went back to Mr Price Sport (stood in the que again) I waited for about 30 mins for them to find my form. I asked if I could leave and come back later and they said they would continue looking in the mean time. I returned about 30 mins later, they could not find my form and I filled out another one. I took that with my ID to Mr Price Home where I again, stood in a long que. When I got to Prudence she told me she needed a copy of my ID book. I asked her if she would make me a copy and she said NO GO BACK TO MR PRICE SPORT WHERE YOU APPLIED. What I presume was the photocopier was right at the end of the counter.!!!
