We called in a few weeks ago to report that our lines are crackling very badly. Telkom said they would sort this out. They didn't sort it out, but what they DID do was somehow manage to disable half of our lines. WE ARE A SECURITY COMPANY!!! Imagine being in a panic situation and you call our control room only to have it say: sorry this line is currently congested.
TELKOM- you are potentially playing a part in loss of lives due to your incompetence.
FIX THIS PLEASE AS A MATTER OF URGENCY!
