After dealing with the incompetence of MTN Lakeside Mall, I approached MTN cellnetwork East Rand Mall, My contract was due for upgrade, however the contact was not in my name, it was an old contract that i took over from my father. In order to upgrade i was TOLD by MTN Lakeside that i would need my fathers written, signed permission as well as his ID book to be able to sign on his behalf. Upon entering MTN East Rand Mall, i was immediately faced with the bad attitude of the person with whom i was dealing, who then informed me i needed a second source of identification for my father, although irritated because i was not informed of this previously, i agreed and sent the required documentation. I then was informed that they would be unable to do a sim swap, which was required for this type of phone, due to the fact that it did not explicitly state on the consent form my father had compiled for me. Not one MTN had told me that they required this, and when i tried to phone this particular MTN before hand to confirm the documentation required, they where constantly unavailable. When questioned about this the store clerk (ANDRIES) told me i should "just calm down" this i find unacceptable
