Wow! After another week I still do not see a credit in my account for BIS that I have not had since January.
Is it that difficult for Vodacom to process a simple credit on my account. Seriously it is not rocket sceince, they must have the worst customer service record in South Africa.
While I wait Vodacom is earning interest off of my illegally deducted money (and probably 1000's of other customers) and earning huge amounts of interest on it.
I feel like I should be compensated for the poor management of Vodacom and my time wasted trying to recover my losses!!!
