As a customer interested in some of your products 'uncapped intertnet' I send a email on Tues requesting more info regarding your products, no response, I did the same on Wed, still no response. It's Thurs still no response, if this is how long it takes Neotel to answer a email, how long will it take getting the chosen product up and runnning, after looking at some of the other complaints on Hellopeter.
