On Monday 7th Jan 2013, I reported a fault with my Telkom Phone/ADSL line, with reference 1606CRK070113. A week later, and my service has still not been restored. I have called several times, sometimes leaving a day or two in between calls to allow for the work to be done. On two occasions, I was told that the fault had been resolved when in fact nothing had changed. my last two calls to find out progress have resulted in me getting put on hold in total silence for a period of ten minutes at which time I gave up and put down the phone.
I have no Idea where to turn next to get this sorted out. I have been a paying customer for about 3 years now, and I don't understand why I need to be the victim of such horrifying levels of service from a company that calls me their "Customer".
