We took delivery of two phones (? August 2011), hers was functional immediately as she had a MTN number, mine was non-functional as MTN needed to port my number, despite calls daily MTN was unable to port, I thus returned my cell phone to sales lady (Sauda) at Killarney within 7days, with instructions to cancel my contract, Sauda undertook to cancel the contract and I thought no more of it. I received an invoice each month which I took to be for the other phone, as only a single debit was deducted monthly of R379, Despite calls to Killarney MTN (Obakeng), emails to Killarney MTN, SMSs to Killarney MTN, numerous visits to MTN customer care centre, the matter remains unresolved, the lady Sauda is no longer in the employ of MTN and no one now has any knowledge of the cancellation of the transaction, nor any inclination to assist me with sorting this problem of.
