No assistance from staff to a sick child

I visited Cresta Woolies Coffee Shop with a friend and our 4 yr old sons.

My friend Sauda's son was not feeling well and did not make it to the bathroom as he needed to vomit.

Non of the staff came closer to help. Sauda then went to ask for a mop to clean up the mess - which they did not have!
She then took serviettes and cleaned up the mess with not one of the 5 waiters of the empty coffee shop coming closer to assist.
