Killarney Toyota - Worst After Sales Service

I bought a Fortuner about 18 months ago form Killarney Toyota dealing with Candida and Harry. Initially service was great up until delivery and then went for a bucket of.

Minor scratches to the door that I was PROMISED a mobile repairer would sort out. Several months later decided it's not all that serious and just let it be. I also took delivery without a spare key with promises to sort out. /- 18 months later, still no key. Lots a fighting & Toyota complaints later assured me things would happen. I was called by Candida. She arranged with me she'd contact the relevant people to have the key sorted and to call me back immediately for an appoitnment... no call followed. This must've happened 4 times with different excuses. Finally I decide to deal with Harry directly after Candida simply no longer returned my calls. Arranged for Mon at 11:00. Got there and no arrangement was made. Lost my cool completely as I had had ENOUGH!!! Harry's response: "I mentioned it to the parts guy, Mark (very helpful fella), what more was I supposed to do"? When I asked what I was supposed to do, he said " do whatever you like".

Avoid this dealership... after sales BIG TIME
