Found a Lady with short blonde hair and red leather jacket smoking in the Killarney parking very near to a sign that states that smoking in the parking lot is illegal.
I enquired as to whether she knows that it is illegal. She replied that she is well aware, that she is part of the center management and is also responsible for notifying others of the the location of designated smoking areas. I asked why is she smoking there to which she replied that is is too early to go to a designated smoking area. Does abiding the law have specific hours?
I took a picture of her to report to centre management and was then threatened by her and her male friend to delete the picture and questioned where do I work.
So it seems Killarney Mall managers enforce the law but do not abide by it? And if someone else has to point out their illegal activities, the person is then threatened???
DESPICABLE BEHAVIOR and a poor representation of Killarney Mall itself for allowing this kind of behavior!!
