My Blackberry had a problem with the mouse, took it in for repairs which i was told takes 2 weeks... that was 10 February, it is now 13 March. Till this day I have received no calls regarding progress or delays. I have had to call several times & am told "we will check up on it & call you back"... still waiting... last I heard head office was waiting for stock. Meanwhile I am left without a phone, which I am paying for every single month on time without fail & even had it insured with them. Today their phone just rings & there is no answer. Bad customer service, definitely! Always thought they were great since I have an internet contract there as well but I am disappointed &!
