Late 2012 we reported poor reception in our area along with a few other Vodacom clients. A technician was dispatched to come and verify the issue.

He confirmed that we are about 1 km (as the crow flies) away from the nearest tower and that we are situated in a dead zone.

He then proceeded to say that we would be getting the problem fixed within 3 months.

The year 2013 arrived we started following up with the person handling the query, he never returned calls or provided feedback to this matter.By April we gave up all hope on this matter!

It is now 2014, reception at my House!!! Please could we get this problem resolved, we have already determent that this is an issue, let just resolve the matter!
