Hello sir, I'm in front of your gate!

I applied online to get a line at a house i'm renting in Centurion.
They said it will happen within 14 to 24 Day's. Alas 2 weeks later out of the blue they call while i'm at work. Saying "Hello sir I'm at your gate to install the new line. " They gave no heads up or asked when I will be available. So I left everything I was busy with and took a quick Half day's leave and left as it's important to get internet set up.

Finally home. The Technician wants to drill a 4 cm hole in the wall of the house I'm renting. To which I said no. because I rent the house and I need to let the land lord know if I even want to put a nail in the wall. So I asked if he could put it through the window. To which he said he'll get fired if he did that. So I said what about through the roof. To which he said He is not allowed to go into any roofs. Long story short. I had to get into the roof to pull the cable through.

When he tested it he said it doesn't work he'll need to go check at the exchange pole... when he came back he packed up everything and said that he rang the bell but the owner of the house with the pole isn't there. He'll come another day.

DO YOU REALY THINK EVERYONE IS HOME 24HRS!!!
