Unnecessary call out fee and bad attitude!

Telkom Fault 88CTK121113 was reported in early November over a noisy line (there was a audible buzz on the line). Telkom dispatched a technician from Groblersdal, the lady was friendly and replaced the cable from the pole to my home, the line performed well for a while, then a thunderstorm struck the lines in the neighborhood (Mineralia, Middelburg) and the buzzing got worse. Telkom dispatched a technician from Limpopo the Saturday, he tested the line, said he's going back to the exchange to check something and he said he'd call me, never heard from him again. The next week A different technician from Ermelo was dispatched to my premises to check the fault which was still there, and its determined that the fault occurs when it is raining. The technician left and said he would call me, he never did. I contacted Telkom and updated the fault telling them that the fault occurs when it rains and its hence an INTERMITTENT PROBLEM. Got a call from Thabo at work, he told me he tested the line and found no fault, and he charges a call out fee. He was very rude and didn't even enter the house, I explained its intermittent and he didn't want to understand. Now they charged me. Unacceptable
