I upgraded my Vodacom contract to a smart standard contract R390 pm on 27 Nov 2012 which was advertised in the Nashua brochure as receiving a total of 250 min pm. Up to date i am only receiving 190 min on my contract since December 2012, my 60 weekend min is not reflecting from Dec 2012 and after numerous attempts with the call centre my problem is still not resolved. I have sent a copy of the brochure and detailed description of the contract minutes but i am not getting any joy. It seems like the staff at the call centre dont know what min are supposed to come with the different contracts on offer and this is very frustrating even after sending them a copy of the contract which is on offer.
