I AM SICK AND TIRED OF VODACOMS SERVICE! Since July 2012 we have been having FREAKIN signal. We complained, it got better, but since end of january 2013 everyone sounds like transformers. I called and just plained krapped the people at the call centre out about Witbank signal, 2 weeks later still nothing. My wife calls, logs a call with the call centre agent (USELESS NO. 1) then escalated it that same night to the key manager (Usless no 2) on the 1st of March 2013 19:02. reference number 281340547..WHICH WAS NEVER FREAKIN LOGGED!!! USELESSS!!! how can we pay these criminals money when we do not get what we paid for??? You cannot tell me the tower was never investigated? USLESS NO 2 said they will call us back..guess what BUGGERALL!!! no call back!!! IM AM SICK AND TIRED!! EVERYONE IN SOUTH AFRICA..STOP CONTRACTING WITH VODACOM!!! PLEASE SAVE THIS COUNTRY!!!? I want a rebate for the last 6 years with the company!!! I should have gone to MTN or 8TA or CELLC or cup with a string rather than sign another uselss 2 years with VODACOM!! I left peoples names out, but vodacom can investigate themselves who are the responsible people.
