Can I please be contacted regarding a incorrect billing, i called in the center and i have a refence number that I was promised to be called back two weeks ago, and nobody has returned to me until i called in the center again and i was given the same reference number to call back with. when i call the customer service center now i get an error message that says im not authorised to use the service. Can somebody call me back and tell me what is going on, and how far is the query and the reference number is 3022604082.
