Poor Quote and Service

Prior to the DSTV upgrade of my LND box and extension cable to a secondary room I was Told Max R2000 .

I then received a a bill for R2300, which is fine, they apparently worked an extra hour and needed extra cable ..although i still think they could have used less cable.

My real Concern is how this obnoxious Foreigner speak to the Clients (myself and my girlfriend) and his STAFF, completely rude has no people skills what so ever.

Then to top it off i offer to help pull the cable which he so exaggeratedly expressed how i don't know what I'm doing as ill damage the plaster on MY wall only to find that when he did it he pulled the plaster completely off..Go figure!!

Last but not least the old cable (which he could have used for the extra R300 he charged me) leaves thrown out on my lawn not even offering to roll it up or throw it away.

Let me express how he was adamant on how great their service and quality of work is..well let me tell you Never again and i will not reference them ever!
