I went to VW Clinic on 19.01.2013 at around 09h30am with my vw golf with no electrical on my car. I went to Kobus Wolvaardt told him the problem, he told me they are very busy and will look at the car shortly. After 30 min waiting for someone to attend, he looked around and told me the earth wire needs to be solder, he told his son to take out the cable and solder it. After they soldered the wire, he asked me if i opened a job card, i told him yes i did. He went back to reception and told the lady the cost of soldered cable is R290. I fought by myself R290 for soldering a wire is a bit expensive. I asked him isn't that a bit of me just for soldering a cable. KOBUS WOLVAARDT TOLD ME, THAT IS THE PRICE, WHERE SHOULD I GET IT FOR CHEAPER, AND SHOUTING AT ME IF YOU GO TO THE AGENCY YOU WILL PAY R900 FOR THE CABLE! I told him if you told me it would cost R290 i would rather go to a scrapyard and find one there. Kobus Wolvaardt threw my keys to me and told me to leave it. I went straight to VW Kempton Park to get a price on the cable VW charge R97 for a new complete cable. KOBUS WOLVAARDT YOU ARE RUDE AND HAVE NO PEOPLE SKILLS! Please be aware of this company and manager/owner!!!
