Printer and cable taken in for repairs. Cable has been lost as it has never been retured. the owner says that he throw the cable away and that he is not here to think for me or baby sit my goods. after i have been back twice he told me that he throw the cable away and that i should get out of his store. i explained that this is not how service is to be conducted, can someone tell me were it comes from that we have no more say as a consumer. p.s when i phoned back the woman there said that i must stop being sarcastic.. i wonder what happened to the customer is always right
