Today received my vodacom account. Nothing out of the ordinary there. Also got a link to their new RED plans, decided to check the different prices of the data plans, saw the "Broadband Standard Month-to-Month price plans" and found that I was paying R99 per month for My Meg 250 and on the site it says R49 per month.

So I call the contact centre and then kept getting told that it was a promotional offer only. But it does not say any that on the site. The Broadband Standard Contract states a promotional one, but this one states it is a Standard month to month.

In otherwords it is false advertising and misleading to anyone who reads it. I have been trying to explain to them that it is incorrect and misleading and they keep telling me it is a promotion and that it is fine.

Not liking false information and being told other wise from what I see on the site. Have taken screen shots to distribute to the managers, but none are ever available or have email addresses.
