Pathetic Telephone Skills

I received a call from a consultant on the 28th of May at 09:29am unfortunately i cannot recall her name. She asked me to confirm my details and i enquired what it was all about. She continued to tell me that she needs me to confirm my details of which i said yes you are speaking to the right person and gave her only my year of birth she said in order for her to tell me what the call was about of which i explained to her that i don't feel comfortable giving out that information as i have been getting calls where my details have been utilised. Instead of making me understand she told me that if i cannot give her my details then she will not tell me what she called about. She dropped the phone on my ear. Bad attitude is is an understatement. I told her i don't have an account with the bank and i would have expected her to tell me what was the reason for her call not the sarcastic stinking attitude that i got. I work in the customer service department and i deal with such issues everyday and clearly she has not learnt of everything that she was taught with regards to her job and how she handles customers, really pathetic and paints a bad picture of your company.
