On 1/3 I placed an online order for a new contract and phone. On 4/3 as I had not been contacted yet I phoned and spoke to Dumela who assured me that the colour and model phone was in stock and that I would receive my phone in 3-5 days? Again this did not happen and I spent the entire day yesterday trying to get through to follow up, I left numerous "call me back" requests -each time an agent called me back the line was conveniently cut off after they had told me that the phone was out of stock and on back order and I had to start all over again.By 18h00 last night I still had not been helped. I have now been without a phone for a over a week and am prepared to take whatever colour is in stock but can not get anyone to stay on the line long enough to help me. This is disgusting service - I cannot believe their lack of care or service and now believe that they have got too big to offer customer service
