I bought the 10G data bundle at Maponya mall on the 17 of Jan 2013 and was never told of the connection fee. I laid a complain with the complaints department and it was declined without any reason except to be told of the benefits of the contract. I would like to cancel the contract with immediate effect and I need to know what are the cost excluding the connection fee as I refuse to pay that. If I was told of the connection I would have been able to have made an informed decision.
I feel 8ta allows their staff to cell their product without explaining all the details. I also need 8ta to provide me with the details of where I can take this further as I am not happy about how this complain was handled.
