Excellent service with a smile

On a previous occasion I was very outspoken about the bad service I got from Telkom with regards to my ADSL line breakdown.
On this occasion I have to compliment them as it was fixed within 24 hours of being reported and over the weekend! Emmanuelle was friendly and highly efficient!
